Vocational education is an important breakthrough in deepening educational reform, and it is different types and equally important as general education. At present, to promote high-quality development and strengthen the real economy, a sufficient number of skilled talents are needed as support. Vocational education shoulders the functions of inheriting technical skills and cultivating diversified talents. Linking market demand and carrying out vocational education and training on a larger scale can help students master their skills and realize higher quality and fuller employment and entrepreneurship. The number of " double-qualified" teachers has steadily increased, with the proportion of " double-qualified" teachers in secondary vocational schools reaching 31.5% and the proportion of " double-qualified" teachers in higher vocational colleges reaching 39.7%. The Outline of the Thirteenth Five-Year Plan for National Economic and Social Development clearly proposes to promote the transformation of qualified ordinary undergraduate universities into application-oriented ones.
